From Italy to Iowa

As most of you friends know, I I just got back from a month long voyage across Europe. Flying into Oslo, I spent my first week in Norway. Check that blog out here. From Norway I traveled through Sweden, Denmark, Germany, Switzerland, France, Spain, which can all be found here. From spain we headed to Italy for the last part of our voyage. We took the train into Turin, Italy. Here we visited some more family friends! They have an apartment in the city which we spent the first couple days at. One of the highlights was going to the national movie museum. We were able to take an elevator to the top for a panoramic view of the city.

The friends we stayed with also have a beautiful house in the country side. On Saturday we took the one hour drive to there beautiful home. We spent three days relaxing and eating wonderful food in the country side. The photos explain the rest.

We then came to the conclusion of our adventure in Europe. We flew out of Frankfort early Tuesday Morning. With us, was the families youngest daughter who is now spending 3 weeks with my family. My cousin and Uncle flew into Minneapolis with us. My wonderful grandpa met us at the airport after over an hour in customs. That evening we went to our great aunt and uncles house in Minneapolis for dinner. We talked a lot about our amazing trip that still was not over.

After a wonderful dinner we made the three out drive to my grandparents lake house in Spirit Lake, Iowa. The lake is by far one of my favorite places. Right out the back door is an amazing warm lake that we can ski, swim, tube, jetski, sail and much more in. There I met back up with my family for 4 days of quality lake time.

I am now in Jackson Hole, WY and just completing a week of quality training with the best U16's in the country. I will have an update about that coming soon!
